If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you've entered, you will be responsible for the re-ship cost. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items shipped to an incorrect address.

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. However, you have the option to return an item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you're interested in. This way, you can get exactly what you want without the wait.
