Whether you prefer the comfort of an indoor setting or the fresh air of the outdoors, Gatineau Park has it all. The "Relais de la Sucrerie" offers a warm and cozy indoor option, located conveniently close to the Visitor Centre on Scott Road in Chelsea.
Explore the Trails
Start your adventure at the Sugarbush Shelter, located just behind the Visitor Centre. Here, you'll find a wood stove, tables, a waxing table, picnic tables, and an accessible outhouse. This is the starting point for several trails, including the short and accessible Sugarbush Trail, and the hiking, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing Trail 1. You can also explore the snowshoe trails 60 and 61 - two short loops just over two kilometres long.

Facilities and Regulations
Convenience is key at Gatineau Park. You'll find washrooms, drinking fountains, a lunch room, and free parking. Please note that dogs and pets are not allowed in the picnic areas. We also ask that you do not feed the animals and take your trash back home with you.
