In the serene ambiance of Chelsea's morning, an unexpected event unfolded. At around 08:15, a car and a school bus collided on Chemin de la Montagne. Thankfully, all 14 elementary school students on the bus walked away unharmed, a stroke of luck amidst the chaos.
The collision's cause? The treacherous road conditions played a significant role. With winter's grip still firm and both vehicles sporting winter tires, navigating the slippery streets resembled a game of chance more than a morning commute.
As the dust settled and Chelsea's morning returned to its rhythm, a crucial lesson emerged: safety should always be our top priority. Whether it's swapping out those winter tires or simply allowing a bit more distance to stop, every action we take on the road matters.
Stay safe and drive on, Chelsea!
