From an early age, Pascal Desbiens developed an unwavering fascination with the art of brewing beer. At the tender age of 14, he approached his mother with a heartfelt request to begin brewing beer at home. With a resounding "YESSSSS!" and boundless support, Pascal's journey into the world of brewing took flight. It was a pivotal moment that ignited a lifelong passion within him. 🍺😍
Pascal's dedication to his craft led him to share his knowledge and expertise through beer brewing classes, teaching and inspiring over 1800 aspiring brewers. Many of his students went on to establish successful breweries of their own. In 2004, Pascal took a leap of faith, leaving a lucrative position at Canada's largest computer company to create his brewery, Master Brewer (AMB for short). The brewery quickly gained acclaim for its custom beers tailored for various establishments, marking a significant milestone in Pascal's career. 🎓✨
The year 2013 marked a new chapter for Pascal as Solar Ciderie approached him and became the first Master-Brewer at the illustrious Microbrasserie 2 Brothers. This venture proved to be a thrilling adventure, showcasing Pascal's expertise on a grand scale in a prominent microbrewery. Seeking fresh challenges, Pascal later joined Microbrasserie L'Arsenal in Mauritius as a Master-Brewer and shareholder, leaving an indelible mark on the brewing scene in that region. The Mauritian chapter concluded, but destiny had more in store for Pascal. 🌟🌴
As fate would have it, Pascal's path intersected with Nicolas, the visionary leader of Chelsea & Co. Recognizing Pascal's exceptional talent, Nicolas wasted no time in welcoming him into the family. Since that fateful meeting, Pascal has become an integral part of the Chelsea & Co team, creating unique brews that captivate beer enthusiasts. The union of their talents has proved to be a match made in brewing heaven, resulting in remarkable success. 🥰🍻
Pascal's brewing journey spans an impressive 36 years, and his dedication and expertise have earned him a staggering 39 medals at the national and international levels. Last weekend, Pascal's brilliance shone once again as Chelsea & Co Microbrasserie clinched three magnificent medals at the Canadian Brewing Awards, taking his total count to an incredible 39. This achievement is a testament to Pascal's unwavering commitment to crafting exceptional brews and represents a milestone in the brewery's history. 🏅😱
